Monthly- content batch
Pull up the content calendar Duplicate the tab for the current month and make a new month with the date and year as the label In the current month’s tab from the current month delete the content from the prior month Choose the pillars for each week Write down ideas for the cold and warm posts for each week (potentially pull from your list of ideas or a content bank from each pillar) *OPTIONAL (Short Term Videos Only- IG/FB Reels, TikTok, Youtube Shorts) Film videos about each topic, pick B-Roll snippets or choose reels to remix for the cold/warm topics and write them down under the Choose testimonials to feature for your hot post for each week Weekly- copy batch
Write the cold, warm, and hot posts in the corresponding Google Document, and include the date, and weekly topic at the top (so you can search and repurpose content later) *OPTIONAL (Short Term Videos Only- IG/FB Reels, TikTok, Youtube Shorts) Repurpose 3-6 sentences from the long post for each reel underneath the text Helpful Hint: Use talk to type, get the transcript of the video if you included words, or even AI to write a draft that you customize
Use Chat GPT to generate trending #’s that correlate with the post Choose visuals featured using Canva or another app for each post. OPTIONAL: get reels prepared in drafts (Short Term Videos Only- IG/FB Reels, TikTok, Youtube Shorts) Get them ready to go out with the location ***IMPORTANT: SAVE IT TO YOUR PHONE WITHOUT AUDIO - if you update the app your drafts will be deleted that’s why it’s helpful to have the audio and the video outfit written down in your folder (Start with a verb - ex: Send/Type/Add/Submit/Download/etc.) (Start with a verb - ex: Send/Type/Add/Submit/Download/etc.) Daily- sequence for posting (or feel free to use a scheduling app like Later or Meta)
