About

Ensure you’re managing your time efficiently, including time to evaluate and track metrics to understand what actions create clients.

Trigger

Once a week within the hour and a half you’ve allotted for planning time.

Inputs

Weekly evaluation document - in the weekly evaluation folder
Financial tracker
Calendaring system (ie. planner, Google Calendar, iCal, etc.)

Actions

TRACKER- Add data to your financial tracker (30 Min)
EVALUATION- Make a copy of the blank weekly evaluation document with the date of the week that you're evaluating. Evaluate the week. (30 Min)
PLAN- Move around things in your calendar for the week ahead (ex. Someone booking a consult call during your managing lead time - either move it to a different time during the day or delete it and do it the next opportunity you have). Look ahead at the things you want to do differently and add them to your calendar if needed. (30 Min)

Outputs

Have data to use throughout the year to build out your Six-Figure Formula, know what you can do to improve your business weekly, and create a stable structure for each week.
