Daily checklist is not the same entity as to-do list. To-do list is a list of commitments. The list of things you promise to yourself or somebody else to get done. The daily checklist it a list of observations in judgement free mode. If you done a practice on this day check. If you didn’t, don’t check. It doesn’t’ mean that you’re good or bad. It means that on this day you didn’t do this practice.

How to use

Check in daily. It’s enough to spend about a minute to put marks on different rows. Mark the practices you did. Soon you’ll find out that some practices fit you and helpful to you, while some of them are not.
