This page is home base for jotting down notes on discussion points & action items during quick check-ins or longer planning sessions. I can easily tag projects, tasks and workstreams that are related, and at the bottom of the page I have an overview for each project to reference, as well as a list of overdue tasks to follow up with the group members on.
As a bonus, I added a reaction tracker at the end of each line, so team members can go in and indicate their feelings towards how a particular meeting went, without having to wait for an official feedback period.
