Redesign score screen

Have a live pp timeline so you can see how much the misses impact the final result

On the timeline, display misses, 100s, 50s

Allow user to click the timeline to jump straight to that point in replay viewer

Display strain graph (or not?)

Display how close to D/C/B/A/S the user was (or not?)

Settings:

Fix volume bar not updating when changing device or changing volume from scroll wheel (?)

Mod selector:

Math.round() speed slider, disable HT/DT when at 1.0x

Need to look further into these:

Display fadeout animation on last hit of slider reverse arrow
