Each bet stakeholder is assigned one of the following roles.

You are the directly responsible individual for this bet. You work with the to help get the right content in order and manage stakeholders

3 pre wires, 30 min of PPR, 60 min follow up

Decision maker
You approve the final decisions for the bet. You will be informed of your role 4 weeks ahead of PPR, with a pre-wire at least 1 week ahead of PPR.
1 pre wire, 90 min of PPR

Stakeholder
You will be asked to give feedback in pre-wires before PPR, and to attend PPR to provide insight into the decision.
At least 1 pre wire, 90 min of PPR

Informed/interested
You optionally can join the first 30 minutes of discussion, review all slides and recordings, and ask questions in the Decision Forum after PPR
30 min of PPR, follow up 60 minutes.
