I think this bet will work, we just need to understand the tech deeply before we ship it.
I’m a bit skeptical our users will want this.
This is the future! Let’s do it!
Our service center is our customer’s primary interaction with the company. If we can make that experience faster and easier with AI, I’m on board 👍
Overall I support this bet. I think we should pursue it. However, it will be very important to have humans in the loop as guardrails.
