Updated Lendsqr Flow

We are excited to let you know users can now activate a Lendsqr mandate seamlessly from the comfort of their homes in 3 easy steps. We recently added the customer flow to include uploading signature, confirming Bank account details and Personal Information.

With Lendsqr, the hassle of going to the bank to activate a loan repayment mandate is resolved. Customers will now be able to give permission to activate loan repayment mandates at the comfort of their homes by providing necessary information and a signature for approval. Location: Select Customer Loan→ Go To Generate Mandate → Select Lendsqr

Nigeria Customs Loan

We rolled out the new Government loan product via USSD, Customs loans, in the last week, and here’s how managing the loan cuts across concerned departments.

Sales Officers can update Customs Loan customer details including NCS Number.
