About POD

It’s about time.
Flagrant PODCAST is a podcast hosted by Flagrant that dares to remind you to take daily actions to CARE for yourself and your well being.
In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it's easy to forget that self care is a necessity.
Here at PODCAST, we destigmatize, listen, learn, and take action.
From Teachers, Developers, Nonprofit Organizers, Designers, Entrepreneurs, Politicians and more, each episode features a conversation between folks with experience and a newcomer.
Through facilitated engaging experiences digital and IRL, public and private, we find accountability, share progress, and try on ideas together so that we can MAKE TIME AND MONEY for our self care TODAY.
So!
If you are a women, BIPOC, TQLGB+ voice that took action for YOUR SELF CARE, and you’re ready to talk about it, drop us a note: or complete our speaker .
