Keeping my home tidy and organised I found it is super important for allowing me keep focus on the things I really want to do, specially working from home. It helped me to stop and organize what will make my life easier.

Restocking house goods
The other important part is make sure we have stock of all house essentials. Every 15th of the month I go over the list and check if any items are below the minimum amount of stock to retrigger.
Minimum stock to trigger restock: should last for at least two months
Where to put things and make it very acessible is important, specially for things that you use everyday (like plates in kitchen). You can make your life easier by stopping and thinking what is the right cabinet for each item.
Kitchen setup
We invested quite time in defining where to put our kitchen. We moved from a place where we felt “there was not enough space in kitchen” to have more than enough and feel much more efficient when cooking. Some tips:
Principles
Prioritize easy to reach drawers for the most used items (cutlery)
Allocate things that go hand in hand together (eg. water cups with water recipient)
Declutter - items that you are not sure if you need, put them in a box and put it a closed drawer, if after 3 months you didn’t use them you can give them away. It becomes much more simpler to find that utensil that you need when you have 50% less stuff.
Draw your cabinet, and put in paper first where you want
Experiment and validate your results, move things to a new place and test for a week and see how you feel
Keep things as close as possible as you use them (eg. glasses next to the water fountain)
Process
Map the kitchen
Label each drawer and each table
Define what each table area should be for
Organize the drawers - Go one by one in terms of drawers:
start by thinking what is the best use of that space
organize that drawer with the important things. Put other things in a basket if no specific place yet
Add to the glossary what is in there
When to revisit this?
Everytime something seems to be upgrade, go and upate the list
Keep iterating
