Hydratation

He can take between three quarters to one cup of food three to four times a day, plus one to two snacks between meals. he has a portion of animal foods (milk, dairy, eggs, meat, fish and poultry) each day, plus legumes (like chickpeas, lentils or peas) – or nuts, and orange or green vegetables and fruits. Add a little oil or fat to her food for energy.

Parents shifts
One thing that we felt helpful was to divide the nights between me and my wife (on who takes our son to bed and who is on call during the night). On the nights that you are not on call you can rest easily (even moving to a different room if you have it) This helps stay sane vs both being on call every night. Tips
