Advanced Feature #1 Using a slidable progress bar and target dates
An alternative to the Progress column is the Progress Bar column that has been added below. Using a progress bar allows you to be more granular in your progress tracking and you can choose to use the progress bar or the color-coded progress options, whichever you prefer to track progress. If you wish to hide one of the columns you’re no longer using for tracking progress, you can right-click on the column and Hide the column.
A Target Date column has also been added to be able to align stakeholders of target deadlines to try to meet for your OKRs.
Advanced Feature #2 Grouping OKRs for better organization
A new Quarter column has also been added to have an additional layer of grouping. If you’d like to add more columns or apply grouping, you can hover over the top of the table to add a new column or right-click on a given column to group the table based on that column.
Advanced Feature #3 Adding automated alerts to stakeholders of OKRs based due dates or other triggers
Go to the top right of your Coda doc to find the ⚙️ icon. Open up the Automations tab and add a new rule. Your view should look like this:
