💡 Solutions

Sometimes your project only needs a short-term or low-budget task to be done. We get this, so we offer you a simple solution: we use one of our trusted OWS teammates to complete the task.

Current In-house solutions experts:

Marketing content creation (infographics, banners).
Written content creation (articles, recaps, announcements).

What you do →

Go to and Create: Task, we will contact you from there.

What we do

Get one of our OWS teammates onto the brief, set them up to start, and wait for the finished result.

👥 Recruitment

If you need more than just a sort-term or low-budget task done, then you can make a short-term or long-term job offer.

Finding candidates

We post your task/job offer on our platform, attracting applicants from our 1000+ person talent pool.

Interviewing

Once we find suitable candidates, we conduct the interviews, and get it down to 3. If you like, we pick the final for you, otherwise, we provide you with a concise summary of each candidate and let you get involved in picking the chosen one.

Timeframes

We want you to get your tasks completed, and we are confident we can help you get there faster. If we don’t find a final candidate within 1 month, we refund your fees.

⚒ Management

We provide assistance throughout the whole task process. Our goal is to support both parties to get the job started more smoothly.

Changing contributor

If you are not happy with the chosen candidate, we will find another. If this happens, we will reschedule interviews and continue to search our databases for a suitable candidate.

Collecting Feedback

We collect feedback from you and the contributor about how the project is going, especially in the first 2 weeks. This includes task scheduling and contributor-project relationships.

Payment Scheduling

We act as the arbitrator to ensure that both parties are compliant and stay on their pre-determined payment schedules.

What you do →

Just let us do the work. We may ask you for further details about the task if need be, but the aim is for us to do the work here.
