Interviewing:
Feedback from mentees on the interview experience
Selecting who to interview: when looking at profiles, it’s become evident and confirmed by mentees that they really were looking for the mentors’ skills and discern those from the titles listed on the profiles. Therefore, it’d be helpful to emphasize mentor skills on the bio pages (public speaking, author, managing XX employees, expertise in ___ industry, etc.)
How mentees are prioritizing their mentor picks:
While faith is the source and summit of the program, it’s not the “tip of the spear” mentees are seek. Rather, it’s the “lens” in which mentorship is given to fulfill mentees’ personal and professional vocation.
Mentees feel they have their spiritual formation “covered” by their spiritual directors (all have a spiritual director since they’re all RC men - this may change as we expand beyond this group).
Mentees’ “critical” criteria for picking a mentor is their professional experiences/skills - they’re seeking mentors who could help them develop professionally (and the guidance on how faith can/should inform their professional path).
3-Meet Stage
Mentees ready to get matched: Victor, Sergio, Paul

TO-DO: Michael & Tom to let mentees/mentors know intros will be coming sometime next week most likely.
Rapport Building Planning - Fun Event(s) during 3-meet to see mentors “in action”
TO-DO: Tom will be looking at the calendar and proposing a couple of times to mentors to meet and discuss.
TO-DO: Michael will be following up with Mentees to see which activities sound the most fun/interesting (in the effort of getting as many to participate as possible)
3-Meet Mentor Guidance - George/Tom/Michael have come up with guidance for the first two meetings, which will be shared with with mentors in advance. Ideally, it’s shared via a live walkthrough as well in documentation format.
Tom connected with Mark Thatcher since he’s expressed interest in helping with the mentor training. We’ll be looping him strategically to provide input and feedback on our programming/training process and materials

Mario: Responded via text to mentors to schedule interviews
