Pilot Continuance Plan
Move from 3-meet to “committed pairings”
Tom briefed mentors and set the stage for making the decision but to also put them at ease. The key is to match them.
Tom put together a guidance document for mentors to review
Deliver an exceptional “apprenticeship experience”
Tom has begun a document to help guide mentors on guidance moving forward
Includes frameworks like the “5 Fs” and also will include examples of apprenticeship
