3-Meet
Mentees ready to get matched: Victor, Sergio, Paul
Victor: 1) Tom 2) Nobody else or any new mentors that might be a match
FYI - Victor texted me a couple days ago asking about next-steps
Sergio: 1) Andy 2) Jason
Paul: 1) Tom 2) Andy 3) Roberto
Question: do we agree with these matches?
TO-DO: Michael & Tom to let mentees/mentors know intros will be coming sometime this/next week most likely.
Tom to reach out to Jason and Andy
Michael to provide mentees with their matching and make sure they’re okay with it
Share email/text about what the next steps will be
We’ll provide sample copy for mentors to draft/send email to mentees inviting them into the 3-meet process
We’ll provide context/training for the mentors based on the info we’ve been coming up with - Tom offers time to jump on a call together, if they can’t make it, Tom can create video/documents to provide to them.

FYI - Michael’s dad went into hospice. Not sure when death will come, but when it does, I’ll likely be out of pocket. Could be a week or a couple of months. Not sure when.
