Touchpoint journey (keep to 5-8 min) TO-DO: change red color to something easier to read or larger Mentor Training is one dot, but there are a lot of steps in that process and really want to dig into those steps to to get people through. To discuss: Feedback/refinements Round 1 matching: week of 6/12 Question: Confirm how many mentors (80%+ in training) we'll have to match by next week (week of 6/12) TO-DO: Tom to reach out to these mentors to let them know to expect outreach by week of 6/12 or 6/19. Question: How long will it take for the next round of mentors to get to 80% complete? Question: Does Tom agree with Tayron's approach of morning 2-hour meeting to get mentors through training "live"? To Discuss: Backup plan if mentors don't respond? Michael's idea: leadership team execs becomes mentors to have a "bare minimum of 6-8 mentors + this is the best case for rapid feedback. Tayron is going through the modules, so he’ll likely be a mentor Tim would be great to do, but bandwidth limited. TO-DO: If agreed, Tom to coordinate with Tayron to schedule this training session.
