Tom used to train all the missionaries before

"Moment of Truth" Experience Planning

TO-DO for Michael: this week, Michael will make a video explaining the apprenticeship concept to Mentors and ask for an "asset inventory" from them. Michael will share with George in advance of sharing.

TO-DO for Michael: this week, Michael will write a script for the "mentorship + apprenticeship approach" - i.e. what I've been using to describe it to mentors/mentees. We'll repurpose this for website and deck use.

TO-DO for Tom: when we get closer to the 3-meet stage, we discussed Tom potentially scheduling a group call to do a group coordination/brainstorm with mentors on the experiences they can help facilitate. Activities to include:

Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, etc.) - or do we use our personal accounts?

Pros: dedicated branding

Cons: if we need to get rid of it in the future, all is lost or needs to be transferred to personal accounts.

TO-DO: Create TC gmail for Tom

Asana - self-manage until becomes unsustainable

Threads - I think we already decided to discontinue

Coda (worth keeping in my opinion)

Slack (worth keeping in my opinion)

Thinkific (keep because critical to training)

Squarespace (keep because easy to use and critical to branding)

Typeform (keep for now since it's used as our form. Consider switching if we integrate with another form that integrates with our CRM directly)

Odder AI - Not sure if this was just being used by Inoh or if we had a business account.

Vowel Meeting - replace with Zoom?

Pros: auto-records calls

Cons: potential tech issues from the learning curve for participants.
