These sessions are part of The Team Coach (our ICF AATC–accredited team coaching program), but you don’t need to be enrolled to join.

“We can’t coach beyond the level of presence we bring.”

That was one of many powerful takeaways from last week’s Mindfulness in Coaching session led by global leadership facilitator and PCC-level coach Michelle Bradley.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this thoughtful and grounding conversation, and thank you to Michelle for sharing your expertise with us.

Whether you’re coaching, leading, or simply trying to show up more fully in daily life, Michelle shared with us how mindfulness can be woven into our daily actions.

💡 Mindfulness is foundational

Presence fuels emotional stamina, deeper listening, and clearer reflection. It helps coaches regulate their own state, so they can hold space more fully for others.

💡 Mindfulness is a daily practice

Even 2 minutes counts. What matters most isn’t duration – it’s consistency.

💡 Simple tools make a big difference

Start your sessions with 3 conscious breaths. Try the STOP technique. Reflect: “Where was I most present today?”
