EP 2026 Content Strategy Recommendations

Monthly Themes

Core Strategic Refinement

Themes lead. Programs follow.
EP content should feel like an ongoing leadership conversation, not a sequence of launches. Monthly themes provide continuity and meaning, while programs and events are positioned as natural extensions of the thinking, not the centre of it.
Each month includes:
Monthly Leadership Theme (primary narrative)
Capability Pathways
Flagship Programs (TPC, TTC, TEC) (when in market)
Mastery Circle Membership (default, always-on)
AI as a continuous horizontal lens
One quarterly flagship moment (Beyond Code)
When no program is in active focus, Mastery Circle becomes the primary call-to-action.
