Work Process:
Each team choose 2 Advisory as their Champions
Before each workshop
Team read the common resource and watch a loom video in which HD is narrating on the big-topic
We vote in group chat to break it down to 03 related Action-Oriented, Highly-relevant GL-topic
The workshop schedule will be:
9:30 - 10:30: 2 GL-topic, 30 minutes each (20 min present + 10 min Q&A)
10:30 - 10:45: break
10:45 - 11:15: 1 GL-topic, 30 minutes (20 min present + 10 min Q&A)
11:15 - 11:45: Kahoot, Voting for team scores, Summarizing Individual Scores
11:45 - 13:30: Team Lunch / Lunch Voucher (?)
During the whole trail, each team will directly worked on 4 GL-topics, and have 1 month to prepare for each GL-topic
The trail will last 4 months (8 workshops, every 2 weeks)
