Notes on salaries
Note that the numbers in are the costs including social fees and employer tax. To convert that into salary before income tax, see .
What this table does not show is that between October 2018 and November 2020, nobody got paid for working at Blivande. Diana is on the government subsidised Växa-rates until June 2023, so we pay significantly lower employer fees for her salary.
Hugi’s salary is completely paid by the Vinnova and SenseStack projects, see. Once those projects end, Hugi may still work through Blivande but only if there is another project to pay for it. Hugi works full time for those projects, and he also does the Blivande finances, administration and IT systems unpaid.
Seros and Hugis salaries are completely covered by their own invoices. Sero runs his architecture business through Blivande, and Hugi invoices his Open Collective and Cobudget projects. Hugi and Sero are not Blivande employees in practice, but rather just use Blivande as self employed workers. See .
Note that these numbers do not include expenses to people who work on events. This is because events are run through a separate company called Ön AB (also owned and run by us), and this company pays Blivande a flat “rent” of 75,000 SEK per month for using the event spaces. We do it this way to simplify accounting in the Blivande company.
