Hybrid Work

At Hatch, we value our in-person time together. We work in the office three days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday), with the other days working from Home or Optionally, depending on your team.

OKR’s

We run quarterly

OKRs [🌟 New 24/3]⁠

, which is when we set our OKRs each time. At a company level by the executive and at the small teams level (Product, Marketing & Growth, Customer Service).

This occurs 3-4 weeks before each quarter, and we spend a week reviewing our previous goals and planning our next quarter.
