Hybrid Work

At Hatch, we value our in-person time together. We work in the office three days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday), with the other days working from Home or Optionally, depending on your team.

Because of this, we need to be conscious of how we communicate in our work. You can learn more about that in .

Culture & Values

Our are at the core of how we work at Hatch. Combined with our strategy, they help us ensure that we are facing our North Star when we make decisions and go into the details of Quarterly Planning.

OKR’s

We run quarterly , which is when we set our OKRs each time. At a company level by the executive and at the small teams level (Product, Marketing & Growth, Customer Service).
This occurs 3-4 weeks before each quarter, and we spend a week reviewing our previous goals and planning our next quarter.
