As a complementary service to our core rewards product offering, we are looking to expand into a Guaranteed Ride Program that enables transit agencies to give riders a free ride home.

We’re looking to serve two different use cases:

Service based guaranteed ride

Traditional guaranteed ride

The ask

Design a guaranteed ride program for the following use cases

Traditional guaranteed ride WITH rewards

Service based guaranteed ride WITHOUT rewards

Scenarios

Service based guaranteed ride, no rewards (JTA)

Guaranteed ride home program, with rewards (KCM)

Service based guaranteed ride, guaranteed ride, with rewards (KCM)
