show TnC offer to the affected users
hide offer once delay is resolved
issues with missed trips
integrate with cat/avl to know when routes are down
users self identify their routes
once a route goes down clever will notify the user (via moovit) about the disruption
idenify all of the users that identified the disrupted route as their preferred route and display an “offer” that allows them to book a ride
offer will be a link to their call center
users with the offer will also be given a code that they will pass over to the call center so that they can verify that the user gets the ride for free
