Consider this Tracker a weekly check-in, where you can track your ability to actualize your visions and your goals.
At the end of each week, take time to reflect on your work and fulfillment. Score each question thoughtfully and truthfully. The questions will prompt you to enter a score — depending on the question, you'll be rating your effectiveness, frequency of an event, amount of impact, etc., with 0 being the lowest/worst score and 5 being the highest/best score (note when a negative score is suggested). When you get comfortable using Coda, feel free to delete any instructions as necessary or add your own notes. It functions similarly to Google Docs and Sheets. This is your tracker, you can edit it to make it work for you!

* Pressing these buttons will clear ALL data that you’ve entered in the document. Only use them when you want a fresh start and you no longer want the previous data. If you’d like to keep a copy of your data but create a new document, create a copy of the entire document before clearing the data.
