Decide which columns you'd like to keep. Hint: try to keep this to a minimum. My set is:
Frog: Set a (single!) task to be the 🐸🐸🐸 task for the day - this should be highlighted and be handled first in the day
Task: The top level description - note that mine often feel like "projects" than tasks
Next Step: The smallest next step I can do to move that task forward
Future Steps: The rest of the steps that need to be done to complete the task

The 🐸🐸🐸 task for the day should stand out as much as possible (dark green). If there is more than one, they both turn

Everything marked for

and on My Plate has a light green background - these are the next most important to focus on today.
Everything on my plate has Green text while everything else has Grey text, and if it's due today, it's Bold.
If it's
@5 Done
, then it's crossed out and grey.
You can make those as fancy as you like, but keep in mind that the primary point is to be able to tell at a glance what's important right now vs not.
