This year we're trying something different. I've heard time and time again that reps are too bogged down in process and paperwork to actually close business. To get this done, we're launching this Coda doc to all of our reps to simply track their yearly forecast with their managers. No complex CRMs, no powerpoint presentations - just one place where you can keep your numbers updated and get your close plans created.
Instructions
- everything you're working on for the year
- a quick view of your forecast and commitments by deal stage and close date

The Deals by Quarter folder is where you can track your quarterly deals, close plans, and the meetings you're having with prospects
