I have completed all exams passed everything when doing the final it kept freezing and erasing my answers etc spoke with support who told me to retry upon retrying I got 100% the questions right again but it wouldn’t grade it I even confirmed with support my results and answers were all correct they said for me to go to slack and ask for support at this time I’ve been in the repeat cycle almost three weeks not getting any response currently stuck at 98% completion

TDA is saying, "We were unable to register your device with the Management Server. Please contact your system adminstrator for advice on how to get this resolved." I am following the instructions to set TDA up and this happens after it asks for an registration code. After entering the info, it seems like it’d work but then it gives me this issue. I just had to install another RAM in my laptop before installing TDA, so I don’t know or think the issue is with my device.

I had to delete thinscale because I used it for another client. After reinstalling it doesn't completely open. We confirmed I removed the old versions off and had the new one only downloaded however it doesn't fully load up.
