Chia-Brownie

15 eggs (room temp)
3-5 tablespoons of chia seeds
can be ground up or whole
1-2 cups of melted butter
or coconut oil
Cacao
either paste or powder
to your taste but we use about a bar of chocolate
Honey
just enough to sweeten it
2 tbsp of coconut flour
Spices
Ginger
Cardamom
Cinnamon
Vanilla 1 teaspoon
Salt (if the butter is unsalted)
just a pinch

Directions

You can use a food processor or a high-powered blender.
Melt the butter and cacao together
but don’t let it get too hot otherwise it will cook the eggs
Break all the eggs open into a blender or food processor and get this really whipped up on high speed.
Add the rest of the ingredients
Make sure that the butter has cooled down enough before adding.
The key is consistency.
Chia seeds take a few minutes to soak up the liquid so keep adding more chia or some coconut flour until it thickens up enough that you have to scoop it out of the blender.
