This recipe is mostly in grams since its so much easier to measure this way with a kitchen scale.
Eggs 8
Coconut oil 350g
Honey 100g
Almond butter 350g
Baking Soda 10g
Salt - 1tsp or to taste
Vanilla
Cinnamon
Double-Batch
Eggs 18
Coconut oil 700g
Almonds to butter 1lb
Honey 80g
Baking Soda - 15g = fudgy
Notes
You can keep adding almond butter or almond flour or coconut flour, until its thick enough that it hangs on a spatula. Add more baking soda to be less fudgy and more fluffy. You can add a shit-load of Spices, especially Cinnamon!
Additions
like just a tablespoon or two is all that’s needed will need to use less almond butter or use more coconut oil
