Blondie (Brownie's sister)

This recipe is mostly in grams since its so much easier to measure this way with a kitchen scale.
Eggs 8
Coconut oil 350g
Honey 100g
Almond butter 350g
Baking Soda 10g
Salt - 1tsp or to taste
Vanilla
Cinnamon

Double-Batch

Eggs 18
Coconut oil 700g
Almonds to butter 1lb
Honey 80g
Baking Soda - 15g = fudgy

Notes

The key is consistency.
You can keep adding almond butter or almond flour or coconut flour.
Add more baking soda to be less fudgy and more fluffy.
You can add a shit-load of Spices, especially Cinnamon

Additions

Coconut Flour
to soak up moisture
Spices
Cardamom
Ginger
“Pumpkin-Pie” spice
Chocolate Chips
or chunks
Pecans
as a topping
Cacao powder
to make it brownie
will need to use less
