We know that signposting people to websites and organisations can create barriers for people to have to find further information.
After finding a service, or list of services, you may wish to share this information with your client and service finder makes it easy to do this. If there is a desire to hold a record of the services that have been selected, then it can be easily be copied and pasted into the client records as well.
Share a specific service
It will shortly be possible to share the details of a specific service rather than a list of results. In the meantime, you can print a copy of the service details for your client.
Service Finder makes it easy to pass on full details of all the services your client is considering. This can be sent either as HTML or as a URL link and allows the client to access their own list of the support services you have chatted with them about.
You can also share the services at a particular venue or by a particular organisation. Find the venue or organisation and then click the three vertical dots to access the ‘Copy URL’. You will then be able to paste that link into an email or message. For organisations who wish to ensure that other organisations are aware of their service offers this will be extremely useful.
In return for including their data with the service finder, there is a widget available that can easily be plugged into any website. This means that organisations won’t need to duplicate the details of the services they offer on their website but can simply plug-in the Service Finder Website Widget.
