Sharing Favourites

Service Finder makes it easy to pass on full details of all the services your client is considering and give them their very own little Service Finder showing just the support services you have chatted with them about.
To do this, select the Share Favourites button which is above the labels within the Favourites tab.

Sharing Favourites

You can share favourites via a txt message or an email. After clicking Share favourites you will be able to select which list/label you wish to share and will see the below choice of HTML (Email) or URL (txt message). Clicking either of these will copy into your clipboard. You can then go to your email or txt messenger app and simply ‘paste’ the clipboard in and send to your client.

If you select HTML, a list of individual services and a link directly to each service will be copied to your clipboard.
If you select URL you will be asked first to give your list a name

The URL will be saved to your clipboard and you can paste it into any messenger type app or an email to your client. They can then just click the link and they will see a version of Service Finder with just their services in.

You can either share a ‘search’ to a client or a list of services and both of these will keep the information up to date whenever the client accesses them. This ensures that the link remains valuable and accurate for the client.
