Organising Favourites

Your Canvas

We know that frontline workers have many clients. Sometimes you may want to create favourites for an individual and sometimes for a group e.g. older people.
To help you organise your favourites, when you add a new one it will be added to your Canvas so that you can decide which label to apply to them.

When you click the Favourites tab then you will see your new favourites on your canvas.
Favourites will stay on the canvas until you either create a new label for them or you add them to an existing label.
To remove a favourite from the canvas you can click the X on the right of the service details.
Note that if you want to clear your canvas then you simply need to refresh the web page using your browser (usually a circular arrow symbol)

Labels

Applying a label to your favourites is a way of grouping them together. This could be a client group e.g. ‘older people’ or the specific name of a client e.g. ‘Ethel’s services’.

All of the labels you have already created will be shown at the top of the favourites tab.

You can show the contents of a label by clicking to turn the label white and click again to deselect to grey. Only one label can be selected at one time. If you de-select all your labels then you will be back to your canvas.

This then allows you to share just those favourites. see:
You can add your Canvas items to an existing label. Alternatively you can add the contents of a label to your Canvas.

You can also add individual Favourites to the Canvas, by selecting the options menu.
This will allow you to easily create all the labels that you might need.
