Custom domain

Available from the Professional plan

You have the option to set a custom domain so that your users can access your Zyllio application via a personalized URL, such as

www.my-app.com⁠

. This guide explains how to configure your own custom domain for your Zyllio mobile application

Activating the Custom Domain

From the Zyllio interface, go to Settings, then access the Custom Domain section.

Enable the option by toggling the Enable button

Entering Your Custom Domain

In the Domain field, enter the domain you wish to associate with your application.

For example:

www.my-app.com⁠

Make sure you have purchased the domain and have control over it through a domain provider (e.g., OVH, GoDaddy, etc.).

Requesting DNS Configuration

Once you have entered your domain, click on the Request DNS configuration button.

After your request is submitted, the Zyllio team will process your request within 24 hours.

You will receive an email containing the DNS settings to enter in the admin interface of your domain provider. These settings may include CNAME or A records, depending on the specific configuration

Configuring Your DNS

Log in to the admin interface of your domain provider.

Add the DNS settings provided by Zyllio in the section dedicated to DNS records

DNS Propagation and Domain Access

Once the DNS records are configured, propagation may take up to 24-48 hours.

After propagation is complete, your users will be able to access your application via your custom domain, for example:

www.my-app.com⁠
