All lab members are expected to attend preferably in person or at least via zoom and participate by presenting their own work or a journal article they have read at least once per term.
Lab members can also present proposals of work they are planning to conduct to receive constructive feedback and support towards their planned aim.

Meeting rooms

To book rooms 108 (14 seats), 110 (8 seats), 337 (8 seats) or 412 (14 seats) at 52 Pritchatts Road or N305 (14 seats) and N524 (14 seats) at Gisbert Kapp you complete the form in the link below. You will then get a calendar invite if the booking is confirmed and if we are unable to book your required choices you will be informed.

CHBH have their own bookable rooms via Calpendo for those who affiliate and have building access.
IMH have their own bookable room on the 1st floor GK but GK and 52PR rooms are available to all.
Should you require a room on campus because our internal rooms aren’t big enough then links below will help you with viewing the suitability of each room. This is a new web booking system; I don’t think it’s a user friendly as the last one and I feel it will require you to have a look at the ‘how to – step by step guide’
