Module 7: Falling Off the Wagon

Focus on showing up: Don't get caught up in the numbers. If you committed to 5 minutes of meditation or exercise but only managed 2, it's still a win. Checking that box shows that you made the effort to show up for yourself. It's about consistency, not the duration.
Be kind to yourself: Avoid beating yourself up for slipping or not meeting your expectations. Practice self-compassion and understand that setbacks are a natural part of the journey. Treat yourself with kindness and forgiveness, and use the experience as an opportunity to learn and grow.
Start with something easy: Keep it simple and manageable. Choose activities or habits that are easy to incorporate into your routine. By making it easier, you increase the chances of success and build momentum for further progress.
Celebrate the fact that you took action: Recognize that the real victory lies in the fact that you took action, regardless of the outcome. Acknowledge the effort and determination you put in, and give yourself credit for trying. The journey is made up of small steps forward.
Keep going, even after a slip: If you fall off the wagon, don't let it discourage you. Use it as motivation to get back on track. Embrace the opportunity to learn from your slip and use it as a reminder of your commitment to continue on your path. The key is resilience and a willingness to persevere despite setbacks.
Remember: The focus is on progress, not perfection. Stay positive, stay motivated, and keep moving forward, one step at a time.
