Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

Utilize various channels to generate new leads.
Qualify leads based on strategic fit and potential for revenue generation.
Initiate first-level conversations to gauge interest.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain and update CRM with all client interactions.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

Sales Support:

Training and Development:

Continuously improve business development skills through training.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Performance Metrics:

Number of new leads generated and qualified.
Revenue generated from new contracts.
Client retention and satisfaction rates.
Effectiveness of market penetration strategies.
