Remote communication isn't your strong suit: we require a commitment to keep improving remote communication skills. This includes being comfortable on video calls, capable of sharing your screen effectively, and maintaining clear note-taking habits during discussions.
You don’t like responding to people timely on team chat. We count on you to help build trust, align expectation on responsiveness, ensure that team collaboration is efficient and effective.
You don’t like change: while we provide a supportive environment for learning how to work remotely, we need you to come with an open mind and the willingness to adapt to many things: a remote work setup, changing needs from clients, and possible project rotation.
