Who We Are

CoderPush is a remote-first company of 90 experienced and dedicated engineers that provide high-standard software product development services. We set very high expectations of client satisfaction for the long term.
From small companies to big enterprises, we support them to scale their products and services.
With no fixed address, we free ourselves from the physical location to extend our abilities in supporting businesses.

Mission of this role

A business developer’s job is ultimately to generate new revenue and help companies grow. They do this by identifying new business opportunities and looking for new customers, new partnerships.
You report directly to our Co-Founders. Your primary customers are start-up companies who want to scale their products and services whether by building software products or extending their engineering team. They could be from a variety of different industries including, but not limited to: Fintech, Edtech, Retails, E-commerce, Blockchain, Healthcare.

Responsibilities

Joining us, you will have a chance to explore and grow your full potential by involving in:
Focusing on making the first contact and acquiring new clients
Scanning the market for new opportunities for growth
Networking, cold calling, meeting prospective clients

Competencies and Experience

Fluency in English.
A bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, management, or a similar field
Experience in sales or customer service
Perseverance and persistence
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proactivity
Good presentation skills
Experience in technology industry
A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.

We are remote-first, which means working remotely does not make you feel less important or bored. It should not limit you though. We have private offices in the main cities:
