As many of you know, each day at Thrive begins with a Daily Check-In question that is designed to build the muscle of self-reflection. This question appears prominently the first time that you open Thrive for the day and is also pushed to you in your flow of work via Slack / MS Teams.
While the intention is that you answer this reflection question each day, we know life and work sometimes get in the way. Thrive has recently pushed an update to provide more flexibility to your well-being Journey. Now, on your personal Insights page, you will see a 30-day history of when you answered your Check-In question — plus you can retroactively answer days you missed over the last week! Check it out on your Insights page
