Attendance

Reporting Absence and/or Tardiness

Go to the program Slack attendance channel (#et-upskilling-attendance) 30 minutes before the start of your shift.
Tag the following people to inform them of your tardiness or absence. Please include your expected return date and time:
Farnoosh Niknam: @fniknam
Your EC grand round single point of contact, or POC: Aaron Downey and Ramon Corrales
Your Classroom grand round POC: Stephen Lee and Nathanial Thompson
Your Deskside grand round POC: Lane Visage
Your AVEM grand round POC: Seth Levine
Your Consulting and Advising POC: Aimee Ashworth and Jean Flynn
Your Data & Analyses POC: Samantha Carter, Derek Imamura, and Paul Farr
Your CHOPs Cybersecurity POC: Michelle Hernandez, Robert Kamali, Ally Art, and Jason Pratt

Requesting Vacation Time
To gain approval for vacation time, contact Farnoosh Niknam. Once approved, inform your rotation mentor and single point of contact, to ensure that they are aware of when you will be on vacation.
