Week 1

Program Onboarding
ET Upskilling Program Overview
Assignment of Grand Round
Begin training for your first grand round rotation
Grand Round path assignments will be communicated during onboarding

Monthly

Cohort lunches
Bimonthly mentoring with ET mentor
Mentoring with Google faculty

Quarterly

Grand Round Rotations
Training for the first 1-2 weeks after joining a new Grand Round
Last week of Quarter will begin working towards rotation to new Grand Round Role
We will work with you as you work towards beginning your next Grand Round!
