Fresh Lead Call Script

☀️ Fresh Lead Call Script — Battery & Solar Quiz Leads

Goal: Build quick rapport → confirm quiz answers → book specialist consult. Call Length: 3–5 minutes tops.

👋 1. Opener (first 15 seconds)

“Hey, is this [Name]? G’day mate, it’s [Your Name] here from [Company Name].
You just filled out that online quiz about getting a battery and lowering your power bill — just giving you a quick buzz to get things rolling.”
☎️ If They Enquired 24–48 Hours Ago
“You filled out that online quiz a day or two ago about getting a battery and lowering your power bill — just giving you a quick buzz to get things rolling.”
(If they sound busy → “No worries, I’ll be super quick — just need to confirm a couple of details from your quiz so we can get your quote sorted.”)

⚡️ 2. Confirm the Details (simple and friendly)

“You’re the homeowner, yeah?”
“And your quarterly power bill was around $___, right?” (read what they wrote and let them confirm)
“Do you already have solar panels on the roof, or not yet?”
“Just confirming your address is [Address]?”
“And it’s still [Email] and [Phone number], yeah?”
(If anything’s missing, just fill it in as you go.)

🏆 3. Warm Congratulations

“Perfect, thanks for that. Looks like you conditionally qualify for the new battery offer. Basically, you could get started for $0 upfront on a 0% interest plan, depending on a few quick checks.”

💬 4. Set the Appointment

“The next step is to chat with our energy specialist. They’ll run through how it all works, check your roof and usage, and see if you can get approved — not everyone does.
It only takes about 20–30 minutes and can be done over the phone or video — whatever’s easier for you.
Would today arvo or tomorrow morning suit better?”
(Give two clear options and lock it in.)

📅 5. Confirm & Wrap Up

“Awesome, you’re all locked in for [day/time]. You’ll get a quick text or email with the details. Just have a copy of your last power bill handy for the call — it helps the specialist size everything up.
Sound good?”
(Wait for yes.)
“Sweet as, [Name]! You’re on track to finally kick that power bill down. Chat soon, and thanks for your time.”

💡 Tone Notes for Reps

Be upbeat, keep it light — sound like a mate, not a telemarketer.
Don’t over-explain; your job is just to book the specialist.
Keep sentences short. Avoid tech terms.
Always end with:
“Sounds like you qualify for a battery for $0 upfront on a 0-interest plan. Now we just get you booked with our specialist so they can go through the details and see if you can get approved — because not everyone does.”
