🏆 Purpose

To reward performance, integrity, and consistency in sales while protecting cash flow and creating a culture of excellence, teamwork, and growth.
This structure applies to all Premiere Bootcamp, Protege, and Speaker Business offers unless otherwise stated.

💰 1. Commission Structure for Sales Representatives

Commissions are paid on net cash collected (after any financing fees such as Splitit’s 15% fee). This ensures rewards are tied to actual revenue received by Speakers Institute.

Setters are the link between marketing and revenue. Their focus: quality conversations, qualified leads, and show-up rate.

💳 4. Financing and Commission Calculation

Splitit financing adds a 15% fee on cash collected.
All commissions (for reps and setters) are calculated after this fee is deducted.
Example:
Sale = $4,485 using Splitit (15% fee = $672.75)
Net = $3,812.25
Rep commission (20%) = $762.45
Setter commission (5%) = $190.61

Weekly Leaderboards: Top 5 Closers + Top 5 Setters posted every Friday.
Monthly Awards:
🥇 Rising Star – Best new closer under 30 days.
🥈 Closer’s Club – $50K+ month.
🥉 President’s Club – $500K+ annual.
Quarterly Competitions:
Prizes include training upgrades, travel vouchers, or private mentorship with Sam Cawthorn.
