Go to the contact page and click the Calendar icon on the right side of the screen and then “+ Add” to create a new appointment
Then select the following:
Calendar Type: ”Free 10-min Presentation Framework Strategy Call” for a Triage call or “45-min Strategy Session” for a Sales Call Team Member: ”Calendar Default” for Round Robin or select a specific member, such as yourself, if appropriate Timezone: Select the prospect’s timezone so you can read out available times to them in their time Date & Time: Select the correct Date & Time for the appointment. Book Appointment: Click this when done to officialise the booking.
