4 Stages:

Negative Situation - What’s going wrong?

1st Target → Get to a Level 2 or 3 Conversation (Figure out the WHY)
2nd Target → Ask the 4 Horsemen Of Pain (Expand The Pain)
3rd Target → Rapid Fire

Desired Destination - Where do you want to go?

1st Target → Define 3-4 Month Goal
2nd Target → Expand Goal to 3-4 Years Goal

Negative Implication - What happens if you don’t get there?

1st Target → Get Timing Commitment
2nd Target → Create Pain Around Waiting (COI)

Dynamic Presentation

1st Target → Show how our pillar(s) solves their specific Negative Situation
2nd Target → Show How our pillar(s) get them toward their Desired Destination
3rd Target → Prospect agree’s that our solution is the missing link/COO (category of one)

“Okay, lets say we sharpen your message and presentation skills—what improvements would you like to see 3-4 months from now?”
2nd Target: Expand Goal to 3-4 Years Goal
“Totally possible! Now the real question, down the line as you continue to progress, 3-4 years from now, when you become the BEST communicator and leader you want to be, what does that look like?”
“What would that do for you?” (Logical response)
“What would that mean to you?” (Emotional)

#3 - Negative Implication

Consequences of doing nothing or things getting worse

1st Target: Get Timing Commitment
Urgency / Cost of Inaction (After Big Vision & Level 3 Conversation)
“Totally, love that, and I think I know the answer here…So if you found a way to start seeing these results, when would you want to start seeing these things improve for you?”
2nd Target: Create Pain Around Waiting
“You know this process has helped thousands of clients now & one of our most important questions we always ask to help someone reach their goals is to understand not just the positive goal set but also to look on the flip side of the coin… so just as an exercise, what happens 2 years, 5 years, 10 years down the road if you’re not able to fix this?”
“Are you willing to settle for that?” (Ownership question → Get them to admit it’s their responsibility)
“Whose choice is it if you settle or not?”
“Time for a change then, possibly?”

#4 - Dynamic Presentation

2nd Target: Show How our pillar(s) get them toward their Desired Destination
3rd Target: Prospect agree’s that our solution is the missing link/COO (category of one)
Transition in Dynamic Presentation-
“Okay well, that’s what I really needed to hear… because based on everything you told me, what we’re doing would actually work for you… So out of curiosity if we were to set you up with your own personal coach, a customized plan, and a proven system that others are using to get real outcomes… would you be open to providing a testimonial or even some sort of written feedback once you achieved your final goal?”

Would it be helpful if I walk you through what we do and how it works?

“Okay, cool. Well the way the program would work is… we would work with you hands on for the next 12 weeks to make sure that you know exactly how to follow our proven communication framework. We’re going to customize the process to your role and make it realistic to implement. Pillar 2: EXPERT COACHING

“Okay great—here’s where it gets exciting. We pair the training with intense, live coaching reps.
At the 3-day event, you’re on stage more than we are. You’ll deliver multiple runs while three expert coaches—people who
(a) regularly command ~$10,000 speaking fees,
(b) are multi best-selling authors,
(c) have spoken on TED/TEDx or at major conferences, and
(d) sell from stage generating tens of thousands of dollars—
watch you speak and give targeted, specific feedback. Not one, not two, but three experts plus peer review dial in your content, delivery, and commercial outcomes.
