Anyone with a email address can view, comment, and edit Coda docs. Coda charges by the number of docs and page creators. Licenses will be assigned as needed. You can request an upgrade from an editor seat (default) through the doc itself.

Coda has tons to offer and clicking around only gets you so far. So don’t feel like you need to self navigate, they have tons of trainings and webinars that you should all take advantage of.

The Coda support team will be your go-to team for day to day usage queries or getting unblocked. You can contact them through the Learn & Help button in the bottom right-hand corner of Coda or by emailing . They are quick to respond and will get back to you within 4 hours (M-F, during business hours). Our is the other place where you will go day-to-day to find like-minded individuals that share the same challenges and opportunities as you, and perhaps have solved them in innovative ways. This is a huge asset for your team.
