An ambitious, risk-taking professional, who comes along with an innate desire to learn & narrate stories.
Multi fold experience and versatile skill set as his weapons, his armour are the values and ethics, he rigorously follows. Gitesh Kohli has worked as a producer, director (non-fiction content), designer ( brands, immersive experiences, web, product, workflow, system) and developer ( work tools ),
Gitesh is a data and privacy freak, his strength is in extracting the most out of his resources, machine or human.
Coming from a tier - 4 town, he has managed to work in both tier-2 and tier -1 cities across India, while executing projects in Europe, Middle-east, South-East Asia, and Australia.
Strong opinion, hard to please, never-ending energy, troubleshooting, and grooming individuals and teams, are a few of his attributes visible by far.
Currently building work tools for creative professionals at shunya.ek and can be found at his home workshop in Goa.
Helps in-house leaders and teams build sustainable products, and memorable brands, understand their users or customer and communicate their purpose while leveraging from the best of his experiences.
His work focuses on developing intuitive tools for work, and on how the collaboration between humans and artificial intelligence can make the work processes efficient.
He is always on the lookout for challenging & unique goal-oriented projects or positions, offering a space for him to add value to them.
Previously, he has lived & worked in Bareilly, Chandigarh, Jammu, New Delhi, and Mumbai, and has produced content, stories, and experiences at Jungle Studio, BBC Media Action, 24 Frames, Visual Impression, Jain TV, Arena Multimedia, Aptech Ltd. for Clients like Maruti Suzuki, Apple, Microsoft, UNICEF, HP to name a few.
As an extension to his professional work, in 2005 he started Jungle Studio, re-branded as YWLI ( you will love it ).

Cosmetics :
Starting of as a door 2 door salesman, for Oriflame, while quickly gaining business across district. The experience made me learn the importance of sales in thing in life, and is summarised very well by a friend. “ Life is a sales pitch and we are all salesman.” Another lesson was, one can piggy back on another brand and start placing your own product.

Educational Institution :

Worked at Aptech teaching and training students of all age and kind.

Banking :

Back in the days, when computer reached my hometown, I took up a contract for data entry for the bank. Back in the days when computer were very slow, I quickly realised the lack of speed was caused by the User Interface of the software we were using. Quickly employed a friend of mine, and I took upon my self to rewrite my self a user interface faster to data-input & operate, while making it flexible to try and tally old book to the general ledger. Learned, deeper concepts of accountancy, importance of data, user interface and that machine can’t match us ever.
And yes, I learned fox-pro - a yester year data base management system similar to tabular data bases all by my self.
