We all have immense potential, I seek to explore mine, while collaborating with others along the way. Have a tendency to hide my real work on any given project and to find where to hide, is one of my fav past time..

workflow

For any given project, I always dedicate more than enough hours to research till the end of the knowledge information base available online. Then stars the design part, where a lot of proof of concepts are created, tested analysed while taking up the shape of the desired solution.

while utilising the resources in development stage I squeeze them like a lemon and extract the last drop of it.

And voila we have a unique output at hand.

Research :

Research research research. Till Google says, nothing else found. The process, gives me a clarity on the project final version and the team required. A project manifest starts to take shape.

Recruit :

Depending on the duration of the project, I recruit, either in-house or external team members.

Plan :

With a firm believer in #noDeadline, planning becomes a tricky shot. Mostly we work on whats required today, looking at tomorrow.

Execute :

Take a the fastest route to delivery.

Communicate :

Honestly.

Delegate :

Empathically.

Audit :
